असम में आई बाढ़ की रफ्तार पर ब्रेक नहीं लग रहा है. बाढ़ और बारिश का पानी बढ़ता ही जा रहा है और इस बाढ़ की चपेट में असम के 34 जिले आ चुके हैं. लेकिन बाढ़ पीड़ितों की मदद के लिए भारतीय सेना, NDRF और SDRF के जवानों ने मोर्चा संभाल लिया है. हालांकि बाढ़ पीड़ितों की संख्या बढ़कर 55 लाख तक जा पहुंची है. लेकिन उन्हें लगातार सुरक्षित स्थानों और राहत शिविरों में पहुंचाया जा रहा है. उम्मीद है कि असम को बाढ़ से जल्द ही राहत मिल सकती है.
