ओडिशा रेल हादसे की जांच करने के लिए सीबीआई ने FIR दर्ज कर ली. साथ ही उसकी एक टीम बालासोर भी पहुंची. इस टीम में 10 सदस्य शामिल हैं. जिन्होंने घटनास्थल का जायज़ा लिया. इससे पहले रेलवे बोर्ड ने हादसे की सीबीआई जांच की सिफ़ारिश की थी.
