क्या माला से ही मंत्र का जप करना आवश्यक है ?

माला मंत्र जप करने की संख्या को ठीक रखने के लिये प्रयोग की जाती है. साथ ही अलग अलग माला का अलग ऊर्जा स्तर भी होता है. परन्तु माला के अभाव में अँगुलियों पर भी मंत्र जप किया जा सकता है.
