ऑर्गन डोनेशन यानी अंगदान से जुड़ी एक अच्छी खबर है. केंद्र सरकार ने ऑर्गन डोनेशन के नियमों को आसान करने का किया फैसला किया है. इसका बड़ा फायदा 65 साल की उम्र पार कर चुके वरिष्ठ नागरिकों को भी मिलेगा. केंद्रीय स्वास्थ्य मंत्रालय ऑर्गन डोनशन से जुड़े पहलुओं पर राज्यों से परामर्श कर एक राष्ट्र, एक अंग आवंटन नीति पर काम कर रहा है. आधिकारिक सूत्रों के मुताबिक, एक समान नीति से देश के किसी भी अस्पताल में डेड डोनर से ऑर्गन ट्रांसप्लांट हो सकेंगे. नीति को मजबूत करने के लिए सरकार ने डेड डोनर के अंग लेने वालों को रजिस्टर करने के लिए मूल निवास की शर्त हटाने की सिफारिश की है. इसके अलावा डेड डोनर के अंग पाने वाले मरीजों के रजिस्ट्रेशन के लिए 65 साल की उम्र सीमा को भी खत्म कर दिया है. यानी अब 65 साल से ज्यादा उम्र के मरीज भी ऑर्गन ट्रांसप्लांट करवाले के लिए खुद को रजिस्टर करवा सकेंगे. इसके साथ ही केंद्र सरकार ने राज्यों से कहा है कि वे रजिस्ट्रेशन कराने के लिए कोई फीस न लें क्योंकि ये कानूनी प्रावधानों के खिलाफ है.
The central government has decided to make the rules of organ donation easier. Its major benefit will also be given to senior citizens who have crossed the age of 65 years. The Union Ministry of Health is working on a nation, an organ allocation policy after consulting states on aspects related to Organ Donation. According to official sources, an uniform policy will be able to transplant organ from dead donor in any hospital in the country. In order to strengthen the policy, the government has recommended the removal of the condition of the original residence to register those who take the limbs of the dead donor. Apart from this, the age limit of 65 years has also been abolished for the registration of patients getting dead donor. That is, now patients over 65 years of age will be able to register themselves for organ transplant.
