पुणे स्टेशन पर डेक्कन क्वीन ट्रेन का 94वां जन्मदिन मनाया गया. इस मौके पर वहां एक कार्यक्रम भी आयोजित में हुआ, जिसमें ट्रेन के आने पर केक भी काटा गया. इस मौक़े पर महाराष्ट्र के मंत्री चंद्रकांत पाटिल भी मौजूद रहे. डेक्कन क्वीन को भारतीय रेलवे में 1 जून 1930 को शामिल किया गया था. रेलवे की शुरू की गई ये पहली डीलक्स ट्रेन थी. ये मुंबई और पुणे के बीच चलती है.
Deccan Queen train's 94th birthday was celebrated at Pune station. On this occasion, a program was also organized there, in which cake was also cut on the arrival of the train. Maharashtra minister Chandrakant Patil was also present on this occasion. Deccan Queen was inducted into Indian Railways on 1 June 1930. This was the first deluxe train started by the Railways. It runs between Mumbai and Pune.
