वाराणसी के ज्ञानवापी मामले पर इलाहाबाद हाईकोर्ट ने बड़ा फ़ैसला सुनाया. कोर्ट ने मुस्लिम पक्ष की याचिका खारिज कर दी और ASI सर्वे को मंज़ूरी दे दी गई. इससे पहले वाराणसी जिला अदालत ने भी वहां सर्वे का आदेश दिया था. लेकिन मुस्लिम पक्ष ने पहले सुप्रीम कोर्ट फिर हाईकोर्ट में सर्वे के फ़ैसले को चुनौती दी थी. अब हाईकोर्ट ने कहा कि न्यायहित में ASI का सर्वे ज़रूरी है. हालांकि वहां सर्वे के दौरान कोई नुक़सान न पहुंचाने के भी निर्देश दिए. वहीं अदालत के फ़ैसले के बाद वाराणसी के जिलाधिकारी ने कहा कि शुक्रवार से ASI सर्वे की कार्रवाई शुरू हो जाएगी, लेकिन मुस्लिम पक्ष हाईकोर्ट के फैसले के खिलाफ सुप्रीम कोर्ट पहुंच गया है.
The Allahabad High Court gave a big decision on the Gyanvapi case of Varanasi. The court rejected the petition of the Muslim side and the ASI survey was approved. Earlier, the Varanasi district court had also ordered a survey there. But the Muslim side first challenged the decision of the survey in the Supreme Court and then in the High Court. Now the High Court has said that ASI survey is necessary in the interest of justice. However, instructions were also given not to cause any harm during the survey there. On the other hand, after the decision of the court, the District Magistrate of Varanasi said that the action of ASI survey will start from Friday, but the Muslim side has reached the Supreme Court against the decision of the High Court.
