आईआईटी-आईएसएम धनबाद की एक रिसर्च टीम ने ऐसा केमिकल स्प्रे तैयार किया है जिसकी कोटिंग से जूट के बने सामानों को वाटर प्रूफ बनाया जा सकेगा. इसका फायदा ये होगा कि जूट के बने सामानों पर इसकी कोटिंग करके अनाज से लेकर घर की ज़रूरत और साज सज्जा के सामानों को भी लंबे समय तक सुरक्षित और इस्तेमाल करने लायक बनाया जा सकेगा.
A research team of IIT-ISM Dhanbad has prepared such a chemical spray whose coating can make jute goods waterproof. The advantage of this will be that by coating the items made of jute, everything from grains to household needs and furnishings can be made safe and usable for a long time.
