अमृतसर में अटारी वाघा बॉर्डर पर नशे के खिलाफ करीब 30 हजार लोगों ने शपथ ली. सब ने एक साथ नशे को ना और जिंदगी को हां कहा. NCB और BSF ने युवाओं को नशे के खिलाफ शपथ दिलाकर जिम्मेदार बनाने की पहल की और साथ ही, अटारी वाघा बॉर्डर पर दुश्मनों को संदेश दिया गया कि उनकी ड्रग की साजिश यहां कामयाब नहीं होगी.
