सीवर में सफ़ाईकर्मियों के साथ होने वाले हादसों को रोकने के लिए चंडीगढ़ में एक ख़ास पहल की गई. दरअसल अब वहां सीवर की सफ़ाई रोबॉट करेगा. नगर निगम चंडीगढ़ ने क्लीनिंग रोबॉट को सड़कों पर उतारा है. ये एक तरह की ऐडवांस्ड मशीन है. जिससे मैनुअल वेस्ट क्लीनिंग को कम करने में मदद मिलेगी. यानी बिना सफ़ाई कर्मी के भी सीवर साफ हो जाएगा.
A special initiative was taken in Chandigarh to prevent accidents happening to sewer cleaners. Actually, now the robot will clean the sewer there. Municipal Corporation Chandigarh has launched the cleaning robot on the streets. This is a kind of advanced machine. Which will help in reducing manual waste cleaning. That means the sewer will be cleaned even without a sweeper.
