कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष मल्लिकार्जुन खड़गे ने सांप वाले अपने बयान पर सफ़ाई दी और कहा कि उन्होंने पीएम मोदी के लिए ये शब्द इस्तेमाल नहीं किया. बीजेपी के हमलावर रुख के बाद खड़गे ने बताया कि वो कभी निजी हमले नहीं करते. खड़गे के मुताबिक़ उनका कहने का मतलब बीजेपी की विचारधारा से था.
