राष्ट्रपति पद के लिए आज नामांकन दाखिल करेंगी द्रौपदी मुर्मू, यशवंत सिन्हा से होगा मुकाबला

एनडीए की तरफ से राष्ट्रपति पद की उम्मीदवार द्रौपदी मुर्मू आज नामांकन दाखिल करेंगी. इससे पहले द्रौपदी गुरुवार को ओडिशा से दिल्ली पहुंची. जहां एयरपोर्ट पर बीजेपी के नेताओं ने उनका स्वागत किया. दिल्ली में द्रौपदी ने गुरुवार को प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी से मुलाकात की. मोदी ने मुर्मू से मुलाकात के बाद ट्वीट किया कि राष्ट्रपति पद के लिए उनकी उम्मीदवारी की देश भर में और समाज के सभी वर्गों में सराहना की जा रही है. द्रौपदी मुर्मू ने गृह मंत्री अमित शाह और बीजेपी के राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष जेपी नड्डा से भी मुलाकात की. आज द्रौपदी मुर्मू के नामांकन के दौरान बीजेपी के वरिष्ठ नेता मौजूद रहेंगे साथ ही ओडिशा सरकार के दो वरिष्ठ मंत्री भी इस मौके का हिस्सा बनेंगे. इससे पहले ओडिशा के मुख्यमंत्री नवीन पटनायक ने ओडिशा के सभी विधायकों को पार्टी लाइन से ऊपर उठ कर द्रौपदी को वोट देने की अपील की थी.

Modi tweeted after meeting Murmu that his candidature for the post of President is being appreciated across the country and in all sections of society. Draupadi Murmu also met Home Minister Amit Shah and BJP National President JP Nadda. Senior BJP leaders will be present during the nomination of Draupadi Murmu today, along with two senior ministers of the Odisha government will also be a part of this occasion. Earlier, Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik had appealed to all the MLAs of Odisha to rise above the party line and vote for Draupadi.
