चंडीगढ़ में वन विभाग की ओर से एक अमृत वन बनाया जा रहा है. जिसमें करीब 14 एकड़ जमीन पर हरा भरा जंगल उगाया जा रहा है और इसके बीचोबीच एक झील बनाई जा रही है. मकसद है शहर की आपाधापी के बीच लोगों को प्रकृति की छांव मुहैया कराना. सरकार की सिटी फॉरेस्ट की सोच को बढ़ावा देना.
An Amrit Van is being built by the Forest Department in Chandigarh. In which a green forest is being grown on about 14 acres of land and a lake is being built in the middle of it. The aim is to provide nature's shade to the people amidst the chaos of the city. Promoting the idea of city forest of the government.
