आंध्र प्रदेश में भारी बारिश की वजह से मंदिर नगरी तिरुपति में सड़कों पर तेज पानी के बहाव ने तबाही मचाई हुई है. तिरुपति नगरी वो नगरी है जिसे धरती का बैकुंठ कहा जाता है. केवल इतना ही नहीं तिरुपति बाला जी दुनिया के सबसे धनी मंदिरों में से एक हैं. यहां भगवान विष्णु की वेंकटेशवर के रुप में विराजमान हैं. मान्यता है कि मंदिर में स्थापित काले रंग की दिव्य मूर्ति किसी ने बनाई नहीं बल्कि वह खुद ही जमीन से प्रकट हुई थी.

It is believed that the divine idol of black color installed in the temple was not made by anyone, but it itself appeared from the ground.
