हिमाचल प्रदेश में कांग्रेस की सरकार चला रहे मुख्यमंत्री सुखविंदर सिंह सुक्खू ने विधानसभा में अपना पहला बजट पेश किया. इस बजट में एक घोषणा मिल्क-सेस को लेकर भी की गई. भारी कर्ज के बोझ तले दबे हिमाचल में सरकार ने इनकम बढ़ाने के लिए शराब पर मिल्क-सेस लगाने की घोषणा की है. इसमें कहा गया है कि राज्य में बिकने वाली शराब की हर बोतल पर 10 रुपए मिल्क-सेस लगेगा. इसके जरिए हिमाचल सरकार को सालाना 100 करोड़ रुपए की आय होगी. जाहिर है हिमाचल में शराब खरीदने वालों को अब ज्यादा कीमत चुकानी होगी. मुख्यमंत्री सुखविंदर सिंह सुक्खू ने सदन में कहा कि मिल्क सेस का इस्तेमाल दूध उत्पादकों की आय बढ़ाने में किया जाएगा. इस दौरान सरकार की कोशिश दूध को सस्ता और शराब को महंगा करने की होगी.
