पिछले 10 दिनों से भारत और कजाकिस्तान की सेनाएं ओटार के कजाख सैन्य अड्डे पर युद्धाभ्यास के दांव पेच आजमा रही हैं. आतंकवाद के खिलाफ दोनों मुल्कों की सेनाओं का ये बड़ा युद्धाभ्यास है. किस तरह दोनों दोनों देशों की सेनाएं ना सिर्फ मुश्किल हालात में अपनी तैयारियों को परख रही हैं.
