जम्मू-कश्मीर अब बदल रहा है. शिक्षा, स्वास्थ्य, पर्यटन हर क्षेत्र में नए कश्मीर की झलक दिख रही है. जम्मू-कश्मीर के राजौरी में पहली आदिवासी लड़की ने यूपीएससी सिविल सर्विस परीक्षा पास कर कीर्तिमान स्थापित किया है. डॉ. इरम चौधरी जम्मू-कश्मीर के राजौरी की रहने वाली हैं. उनके पिता निसार अहमद जम्मू-कश्मीर के बिजली विकास विभाग से सेवानिवृत्त कार्यकारी अभियंता हैं. डॉ इरम ने इससे पहले 2021-22 में एमबीबीएस पास किया और फिर सिविल सर्विसेज की तैयारी शुरू की. उन्होंने यूपीएससी सिविल सर्विस परीक्षा में 852वां रैंक हासिल कर ये साबित कर दिया कि, मेहनत करने वालों की कभी हार नहीं होती. इरम ने अपनी मेहनत और लगन से देश की सबसे कड़ी परीक्षा को पास किया बल्कि, उन तमाम लोगों के लिए मिसाल हैं. जो हालात से लड़कर किसी भी परिस्थिति में अपनी मंजिल पाने का हुनर रखते हैं. इरम की सफलता का शोर अब पूरे कश्मीर घाटी में सुनाई दे रहा है. लोगों ने फूल-मालाओं के साथ इरम का गर्मजोशी से स्वागत किया. वहीं इरम ने इस सफलता के लिए अपने परिवार को श्रेय दिया. डॉ. इरम चौधरी का परिवार भी उनकी इस कामयाबी से गदगद है.
