देश में कई राज्यों में बाढ़ और बारिश ने शहरों को पानी-पानी कर दिया है. ऐसी ये तस्वीर महाराष्ट्र में देखने को मिल रही है. इसी तस्वीर को ले लीजिए. ये उफान और पानी की रफ्तार यकीनन डराने वाली है. इसके आसपास फटकने के लिए कलेजे के मजबूत करना होगा. असल में उत्तरी गोवा की 75 प्रतिशत प्यास बुझाने वाला तिलारी डॅम ओवरफ्लो हो गया है. कोंकण में भारी बारिश के कारण गोवा और कोंकण के सभी डैम इस समय 100 प्रतिशत भरे हुए हैं. तिलारी डैम फिलहाल महाराष्ट्र के डोडामार्ग तालुका और उत्तरी गोवा की प्यास बुझा रहा है.
