राष्ट्रपति भवन में हुए शानदार समारोह की शौर्य से भरी तस्वीरें आपको दिखाते हैं. राष्ट्रपति द्रौपदी मुर्मू ने कल प्रेसीडेंट्स बॉडीगार्ड यानी अंगरक्षकों का सम्मान किया. उन्हें ‘नए अंगरक्षक मानक और रेजीमेंटल मानक’ प्रदान किए गए. इस मौके पर राष्ट्रपति ने इस रेजीमेंट की पेशेवर शैली और जज्बे की तारीफ की और रेजीमेंट के 250 साल पूरे होने पर अधिकारियों और जवानों को बधाई दी. हम आपको बता दें कि राष्ट्रपति के अंगरक्षक’ भारतीय सेना में सबसे पुरानी रेजीमेंट है जिसकी स्थापना 1773 में गर्वनर जनरल के अंगरक्षक के रूप में की गई थी. आजादी के बाद 27 जनवरी, 1950 को इसका नाम ‘राष्ट्रपति के अंगरक्षक’ किया गया.

Let us tell you that the RaPresident's Body Guard is the oldest regiment in the Indian Army, which was established in 1773 as the body guard of the Governor General. After independence, on January 27, 1950, it was named 'President's Body Guard'.
