बदरीनाथ धाम के कपाट बंद होने के बाद उनकी विग्रह डोली को जोशीमठ के नृसिंह मंदिर लाया गया. पूरे विधि-विधान और भक्तों की भीड़ की मौजूदगी में भगवान बदरी विशाल का भव्य स्वागत हुआ. अब अगले छह महीने तक श्रद्धालु नृसिंह मंदिर में ही गद्दी के दर्शन कर सकेंगे.
