कार्तिक पूर्णिमा पर गंगा स्नान, घाटों पर हर-हर गंगे की गूंज

देश के अलग-अलग घाटों से कार्तिक स्नान की पावन तस्वीरें सामने आ रही हैं. लाखों की संख्या में पवित्र नदियों में डुबकी लगा कर लोगों ने खुद को धन्य किया. धार्मिक मान्यताएं कहती हैं कि कार्तिक पूर्णिमा के दिन पवित्र नदी में स्नान पापों से मुक्ति दिलाता है. मान्यता है कि इस दिन स्वर्ग से देवता भी धरती पर उतरते हैं और गंगा में स्नान करते हैं. इसलिए कार्तिक पूर्णिमा के दिन गंगा स्नान जरूर करना चाहिए.
