हिंदू धर्म शास्त्रों में पूर्णिमा का विशेष महत्व है. हर माह के शुक्ल पक्ष की पूर्णिमा तिथि भगवान विष्णु और मां लक्ष्मी को समर्पित होती है. इस दिन विधि-विधान से पूजा करने और स्नान-दान आदि करने से भक्तों को पापों से मुक्ति मिलती है और पुण्य फल की प्राप्ति होती है.
In Sanatan Dharma, Purnima Tithi is considered very special and Purnima Tithi of Magh month is considered very special. This time the full moon of Magh month is being celebrated on 24th February i.e. today. The full moon of Magh month is also known as Maghi Purnima.
