देवी देवताओं के चित्र विशेष पवित्र होते हैं. हमारी श्रद्धा के अनुरूप उनमें से तरंगे निकलती रहती हैं. हर जगह उनकी प्रतिकृति रखने से उनका सम्मान नहीं हो पायेगा, न ही मर्यादा का पालन हो पायेगा. इसलिए इनके चित्र या मूर्ति पूजा स्थान पर रखना ही उचित होगा.
