पिछले साल 2023 में डिजिटल पेमेंट का रिकॉर्ड बनाया गया. पिछले साल UPI से 100 बिलियन से ज़्यादा भुगतान हुए. ये जानकारी केंद्रीय मंत्री राजीव चंद्रशेखर ने दी. उनके मुताबिक पिछले साल 11 हजार करोड़ से ज़्यादा पेमेंट UPI के जरिए किए गए. इसमें एक रेहड़ी वाले से लेकर बड़े कारोबारी तक शामिल हैं. वहीं इससे पहले साल 2022 में इस तरह 7400 करोड़ भुगतान हुए थे.
