असम में बाढ़ के बीच ''मिशन जिंदगी'' की बात करें तो असम में सेना, एयरफोर्स, NDRF, SDRF और राज्य प्रशासन की टीमें राहत और बचाव कार्य में जुटी हैं. राज्य के 25 जिलों में 22 लाख से अधिक लोग बाढ़ से प्रभावित हुए हैं. हालांकि पिछले कुछ दिनों की तुलना में असमवासियों को बाढ़ से थोड़ी राहत मिल रही है. असम नौगांव, करीमगंज, बारपेटा, कछार, दर्रांग, और मोरीगांव जिले में राहत और बचाव कार्य तेज गति से चलाया जा रहा है.
Talking about "Mission Zindagi" amid floods in Assam, teams of Army, Air Force, NDRF, SDRF and state administration are engaged in relief and rescue work in Assam. More than 22 lakh people have been affected by the floods in 25 districts of the state. However, Assam residents are getting some relief from the floods as compared to the last few days. Relief and rescue operations are being carried out at a brisk pace in Nagaon, Karimganj, Barpeta, Cachar, Darrang, and Morigaon districts.
