प्रदूषण और कुपोषण पर 'बेटी' का वार, बदला मशरूम उगाने का तरीका

देश में पराली की समस्या आज बहुत बड़ी है. पूजा बताती हैं कि हर साल 700 मिट्रिक टन एग्रीकल्चर वेस्ट क्रिएट होता है. लेकिन सिर्फ 0.03 पर्सेंट एग्रीकल्चर वेस्ट ही इस्तेमाल हो पाता है. पूजा ना सिर्फ आज पराली से खेती कर रही है बल्कि उसके जरिए कई इको फ्रेंडली प्रोडक्ट्स तैयार कर रहे हैं जाहिर तौर पर पूजा के प्रोडक्ट पॉल्शयून से लड़ाई लड़ने में काफी हद तक कारगर हैं. वही पूजा इस काम में तक 300 किसानों को भी ट्रेनिंग दे चुकी हैं.
