प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी आज 29 मई को दोपहर 12 बजे असम की पहली वंदे भारत एक्सप्रेस ट्रेन को वीडियो कॉन्फ्रेंसिंग के जरिए झंडी दिखाकर रवाना किया. नॉर्थईस्ट को मिलने वाली पहली वंदे भारत एक्सप्रेस ट्रेन पश्चिम बंगाल के न्यू जलपाईगुड़ी से असम के गुवाहाटी के बीच चलेगी. अत्याधुनिक वंदे भारत एक्सप्रेस क्षेत्र के लोगों को तेज गति के साथ आराम से यात्रा करने की सुविधा प्रदान करेगी. इससे प्रदेश में पर्यटन को भी बढ़ावा मिलेगा.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi flagged off Assam's first Vande Bharat Express train today, May 29, at 12 noon through video conferencing. The first Vande Bharat Express train to reach Northeast will run from New Jalpaiguri in West Bengal to Guwahati in Assam. The state-of-the-art Vande Bharat Express will facilitate the people of the region to travel comfortably at high speed. This will also give a boost to tourism in the state.
