पंजाब और यूपी में कल विधानसभा सीटों के लिए मतदान होंगे. चुनाव आयोग ने निष्पक्ष चुनाव का वादा किया है. पंजाब के मुख्य चुनाव अधिकारी डॉ राजू ने चुनाव से जुड़ी जानकारी दी है. उनका कहना है कि शांतिपूर्ण चुनाव के लिए सीएपीएफ और पुलिस बल तैनात है. पंजाब के 2 करोड़ 14 लाख मतदाता मतदान करेंगे. कल 1304 उम्मीदवारों के भाग्य का फैसला होगा. 117 विधानसभा सीटों के लिए मतदान होंगे. चुनाव में 1209 पुरुष, 93 महिलाएं और दो ट्रांसजेंडर उम्मीदवार शामिल हैं. सूत्रों के हवाले से खबर है कि कुमार विश्वास को गृह मंत्रालय की ओर से Y कैटेगरी की सुरक्षा दी गई है. ये फैसला IB थ्रेट परसेप्शन के आधार किया गया है.
