आज देश भर में नेताजी सुभाष चंद्र बोस की जयंती को पराक्रम दिवस के रूप में मनाया जा रहा है. इस विशेष अवसर पर प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने अंडमान-निकोबार द्वीप समूह में उन्हें समर्पित स्मारक के एक मॉडल का वीडियो कॉन्फ्रेंसिंग के जरिए उद्घाटन किया. साथ ही प्रधानमंत्री नोदी ने अंडमान निकोबार के 21 द्वीपों का शहीदों के नाम पर नामकरण भी किया. अब तक इन द्वीपों के नाम नहीं थे, लेकिन अब से ये द्वीप परमवीर चक्र विजेताओं के नाम से जाने जाएंगे.
Today, the birth anniversary of Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose is being celebrated as Bravery Day across the country. On this special occasion, Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated a model of the memorial dedicated to him in the Andaman-Nicobar Islands through video conferencing. Along with this, Prime Minister Nodi also named 21 islands of Andaman and Nicobar after the martyrs. Till now these islands did not have names, but from now on these islands will be known as Paramveer Chakra winners.
