1965 की जंग में पाकिस्तान के गिराए गोलेबारुद की आवाज से पूरा रेगिस्तान दहल उठा था. लेकिन साडेवाला पोस्ट के करीब बने तनोट माता के मंदिर पर गिरे साढ़े चार सौ से ज्यादा गोले बेअसर हो गए. कहते है कि इस अजूबे को देखकर भारतीय सेना के जवान जोश से भर उठे तनोट माता में उनकी आस्था विश्वास में बदल गई, आज भी उनकी आस्था इस पोस्ट पर तैनात बीएसएफ के जवानों में जोश भर देती है.
