भजन और कीर्तन में अपार शक्ति होती है. जब प्रेम और भक्ति में डूबा इंसान प्रभु का भजन या कीर्तन करता है तो परमेश्वर भी धरती पर आने को विवश हो जाते हैं. जब बहुत सारे लोग मिलकर एक ही मंत्र या पंक्ति का बार-बार उच्चारण करते हैं तो ब्रह्मांड में एक विशेष प्रकार की ऊर्जा पैदा होती है.
