पंजाब कांग्रेस (Punjab Congress) के बीच कई सालों से चला आ रहा घमासान आखिरकार शनिवार को कैप्टन अमरिंदर सिंह के इस्तीफे (Captain Amarinder Singh Resign) के साथ ही खत्म होता हुआ दिखाई दे रहा है. कांग्रेस विधायक दल की बैठक में 78 विधायक पहुंचे, जिसमें से कई कैप्टन अमरिंदर सिंह के खेमे के भी थे. बैठक में पंजाब के नए मुख्यमंत्री के नाम पर फैसला लेने की जिम्मेदारी कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष सोनिया गांधी पर छोड़ दी गई है. पंजाब का नया मुख्यमंत्री कौन होगा, इस पर सबकी नजरें टिक गई हैं. मुख्यमंत्री पद की रेस में कई नेताओं के नाम चल रहे हैं.
